The architect in charge of the renovation chose to enhance the atmosphere of the bistro by integrating our Arquifil metallized fabric, in a sophisticated bronze tone, into the glass tabletop surfaces.
The design value of Syntarqui fabric
The extremely fine weave and metallic brilliance of our metallized fabric proved ideal for interacting with mirrored glass surfaces, creating an elegant interplay of light, reflections, and visual depth. The result is an environment in which every detail contributes to reinforcing the hotel’s identity: luxury, premium materials, and a timeless aesthetic.
The weave as a design feature
At Excelsior Gallia, the mirrored glass used as a tabletop creates a reflective yet visually dense surface. Controlled transparency was therefore employed to reveal the mirror beneath, enhancing the metallic weave of the metallized fabric in a continuous and refined visual interaction between fabric, mirror, and light.
